Why We Do What We Do

Katherine Spinney Coaching LLC was born out of the personal experience of its founder, Katherine Spinney. Like most professionals, when Katherine entered the management world, she had a lot of passion but no direction or support. As a result, she struggled in her new role and was desperate for help.

With time and resolve, she developed her confidence and skills, but the path was challenging, lonely and inefficient. She became determined to make that path easier for others. Her hard-won knowledge, insight and breadth of experience are the driving forces behind Katherine Spinney Coaching LLC.

Through a unique and effective combination of coaching and training with our tradmarked model, Lead With Your MIND® (Mindset-Investment-Necessary Skills-Desire), Katherine Spinney Coaching LLC helps individuals and organizations support and develop their leadership to support and develop their talent. This approach increases staff engagement, productivity and retention.

Katherine Spinney Coaching LLC is proud to provide ICF-certified services and maintains the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity. We are also certified as AYD trainers and PQA external assessors.
